    Hiya,

Myself and my girlfriend live in 78 Kingsdown Parade. I thought I would leave a note mentioning that we recently had our wing mirror stolen from our car. We know it wasn’t mindless vandalism as it has been carefully removed and the wires were cut. It was sitting out the front of our flat. We thought other people in the street should be made aware of the risks.

I have noticed in the previous year a couple of signs of car crime in our street. Does anyone else have any experiences of car crime? Is this considered an issue in this neighbourhood?

    Thanks
    Colin

Hi Colin and thanks for alerting us to this. The best person to tell is Graham Syrett, who coordinates the links with the local police. His email is samuelthecat@msn.com He can also add you to his occasional updates on Kingsdown crime and other info.

    Best wishes

    Tony Kerr
